We, do in the GSUSA. Usually in the late fall, troops hold thier
investiture / rededication ceremonies. The investiture ceremony to
welcome neew scouts into the world of Girl Scouting, and and the rededication
ceremony is for the experienced scouts to reaffirm thier beleif in the
Promise and Laws.
