concering explorer Green shirts. . . . .
If they were ever official, I understood that BSA policy was to
allow ANY official uniform to remain OFFICIAL???
If the council scout shop is selling them and they have the
BSA insignia, can they NOT be official? What about the ACTIVITY
shorts and knit shirts that BSA was selling up to 93 Jamboree?
I was told they could still be worn, just not as a class A uniform.
At the prices BSA charges, I can't afford to keep buying new uniforms.
And is the changes in the PANTS an offical BSA change, or as some one
suggested, that the manufacturer removed the extra pockets to cut the
cost? But the price WE have to pay is not any lower???
Maybe we should all just pick a red tee shirt and tan shorts as
our official troop uniforms . period .
