I remember that when we embarked upon the ill-fated "Boypower '76"
membership expansion campaign in 1973, we had 24.2% of the "total available
boys" nationwide between 8 and 16 years of age. I don't know what the
current figures show, but in my district, we have about 12% of "total
available youth" between 7 and 16 years of age.
