Those sandwhich toasters are known as 'Jaffle Irons' in Australia.
The ones I have are farly simple models, with a single cavity, making
something like a round pie. I have seen round ones and square ones,
all made for cooking in the fire. They go black and horrible on the
outside, but still do a good job.
I like cheese as a filler, but the best of the lot is some of last-
nights stew... my moth is watering just to think of it.
