I don't know much about what is actually required for the badge, but there
are a lot more roles in putting on a play than just those up on stage. Would
serving as director, prop manager, or costumer be appropriate? Since you
will be looking for plays with mostly female roles, has "little women"
or fried green tomatoes been done in play form?
