I'm beginning to think this should be a form letter, maybe someone on
the list who has done woodbadge can make it so?
The "used to be an Eagle" term is used for those who have been to
Woodbadge and who happened to be in the Eagle Patrol at Woodbadge.
You would be just as likely to see "Used to be an Antelope".
And By the way there are some people who were Eagles (the Boy Scout
rank) and aren't any more. BSA has the right to take back the awarding
of Eagles if it so chooses in extreme cases. I think when the topic came
up in April(?) Mike Walton stated that the number of Eagles that had been
revoked was 9. All of these were for the person being convicted of a felony
(Ithink 6 were for Murder)
It does lead to confusion, Maybe woodbadge should stop using that Patrol name?
