The SPL writes his contract as well. You cannot imagine how hard boys are
on themselves if you allow them to be. We have advised them to be more
realistic in setting their goals (like: I will put together a trip to
Swaziland costing $50000 which I will raise in a week is going overboard ;-).
It just works extremely well. Then we show the contract to their parents and
ask them to encourage them.
