It is hoped that those adults serving on a district or better basis
would wear the tan shirts instead of the Exploring shirts. The idea
was to have the Exploring leaders, youth and adult, to once again be
singled out instead of being "in the crowd of Scouters" like everyone

I don't think so, and I think that perhaps the Supply division would
hope that those older shirts would go away (which they won't...they
are too popular)!!

I don't know if that would be possible until they tightened the
possibly of Scouts being Exploring members as well (I personally don't
hope that they try, because they are taking a lot of Scouts out of the
picture if they did).
