As I seem to be one of the few Scottish scouters here I'll try to help.
Perhaps I should make the Scottish scouting position clear. We are part of
the Scout Association, ie the UK one. We have a Scotland badge which we wear
above our Area & District badges, but otherwise the uniform is the same as
the rest of the UK. We have our own national HQ which generally performs the
same functions as the UK one, but doesn't supercede it. Certainly we follow
exactly the same rules.
There are a lot of events that are run for Scotland eg an annual national
conference, section events. Their highlight is the biannual Blair Atholl
Patrol Jamborette (this years just finished) which takes selected Scottish
patrols and mixes them with overseas scouts (a great event by all accounts.)

Given what I've said above, beyond the Scotland uniform badge, that is
distinctively Scottish scouting-wise. Almost all posters are UK produced.
From memory there are some souvenir type things like badges, but I'm not sure
that is what you are after.

The Scout Shops here are essentially the same as the rest of the UK too. If
it's Scottish Scouting items that you are after then I'm afraid that as I said
above, there is very little apart from the souvenir type items.
If either of you, or anyone else for that matter, wants more info then feel
free to contact me and I'll see what I can do.
