_Officially_, the location for NOAC '96 has not been determined yet.
_Unofficially_, everyone knows it will be at IU in '96 and UT in '98. The
scoop has it that NOAC will return to Purdue in '00. Currently it is the
intention of the PTB, over the objections of folks from the West, to start
some sort of rotation between three or four sites.
The party line has it that due to the size of NOAC, the available sites are
