I started reading SCOUTS-L several weeks ago and I have already put my oar
"Duty to God and Country." Because of vacations I never got around to
I started Cub Scouts during WW2. I recall a massive Cub Scout wide paper

f, Bear, Lion, and Webelos (now called Arrow of Light.) We moved after the
s over during my Lion year. I moved up to Boy Scouts, but did not fit into

er that I reassociated with Scouts when my elder son entered Cubs sixteen
go. Both boys attained Eagle and I am still involved.
In Cubs I have been a committee member, chairman, and Webelos leader. In

Along the way I took Brotherhood in the Order of the Arrow. After my sons
