Thanks for your kind words *head swell*, Susan! Just remember as Jon
and I have placed on the "welcome post", that my advise and opinion is
only worth the electrons it's sent on...and that I *try my hardest*
not only to represent what the "national office" would say in many BSA
matters, but more importantly, to place some *personal slant* on
whatever it is that I am replying to. In most cases, what I or anyone
else here states here squares four-by with what National is telling
it's local Councils to go by; in other cases, the local Council may
have decided NOT to abide by the national "dictum".
In all cases, I try to present BOTH sides (mine and the BSA's) and
allow those reading/extracting/gleaning (and you know who you are,
folks....hehehehehe) to take what they want and discard the rest.
