I was just stating what National had to say about their clipart...I guess the
intent really is to keep "private parties" from binding up BSA clipart in
zipped diskettes and retailing them under the words "official clipart" in
_Boy's_ Life_ or _Scouting_. I don't see where the BSA or a local Council
will object to having the official clipart sets on a BBS whereby you pay
by the minute or a set fee a month/year to download them by. As I'd mentioned
in the earlier posting, the Scouting BBSs were explained in the _Scouting_
mag article, and they DO offer the BSA's clipart for downloading...so I'm
thinking that a REASONABLE fee (like in postage and handling, which when you
come down to it....is what "fee downloading" really is *grinning*) would be
