As I said earlier, we spend the entirety of our summer meeting times
planning for summer camp activities, if they have not already been done.
Every boy knows in advance what his schedule will be and so does the
adult leaders who will be helping. For the younger guys, we provide guides
(Troop Guides if they are going) and the older boys take turns doing this
with our approval (bullies not allowed, etc.). PLANNING, involvement of hte
boys and their parents or guardians in the planning and decision making
will save you a load of grief.
