Oops... the Totin' Chip card IS an official BSA requirement in order
to meet several wood-cutting and whittling requirements. It's one of
those "safety first" things that the BSA bought onto when concern
about chopped fingers and toes and cut hands and arms became a BIG
concern amoung parents and Scouters.
