Anne, if your races are being influenced by luck, you may not be running
a fair competition. You have to at least have a double elimination to
assure that a car is run on more than one of the tracks to eliminate any
lane advantage, and there are definate advantages to some designs and
weight factors over others, and the care taken in preparing for the race
will have a definate effect on the outcome in a fair race.
