excuse me for 'tagging along' on your request...yesterday I
attempted to post a similar query and it never showed up...I new to this
and evidently did something wrong, but never got a reject either...anyway
Hopefully by replying like this I can get mine posted as well...
I have an Explorer Post headed to Sea Base 7/3 to 7/17. I was
interested in information of the same nature (nice accommadations on a
budget, extremely tight budget since I am one boy short on the trip).
I would like a lead on a camping spot arround the Kennedy Space
Center area. We are bringing tents so that is a possibility. I have
also been told Air Bases and/or National Guard Armorys allow scouts in
transit to spend the night. Can anyone confirm this and who would I contact?
I appreciate your tolerance in letting my attach to your request
and wish you a safe and enjoyable journey...By the way, where are you headed?
