I agree wholeheartedly. Scouting's leaders need to be completely and
thoroughly trained, but not boringly trained. No where that I've seen has
National or any council I've seen ever required the training to be boring.
I think the boring part is introduced by the trainer, perhaps from
inadequate support or training, but, still....
