Look as some of the reasons the boys did not come over. Did their dens
visit troop meetings, were the meetings exciting, were the Webelos made to
feel special? Did anyone from the troop participate in the graduation
Someone posted a story about visiting units and why they chose a particular
troop. You might go back though the logs to find that one. Sometimes the
scouts are so over zealous that they scare the Webelos away.
In any case, a personal invite will at least let you know if they are
interested. A flier is just another piece of mail to toss aside.
