Fred, there is no question that we comply with the 18 year old age requirement,
the question is when, how, and where do we inform them are duties. What
do we do with them in the way of training at the unit level. I have noticed
a lot more over 18 Assistants staying on with their units. A very good
point for the future. My question is how and when do we introduce the subject.
I don't see it as a topic for leader training, and i don't see it as a
topic that we have covered at the roundtable. Do we have an
