Ronald, judging from your concern about your replacement and his ideas of
how to run a troop your place now may well be in training. You would get
the chance to show your replacement and others, with some reinforcement from
the other trainers, how it is supposed to be done. If your skill areas are
strong in camping consider training Webelos leaders in those skills, you
can get a chance to shape their idea of what Boy Scouts should be like
before they get the chance to see it being done the way it shouldn't.
