this sounds horrible to me. it may be a good idea in respect to the
camporee but as i said before such a competition is a method and not
an aim. we in austria (esp. in the age group of 10-13) put very much
emphasis on the patrol (making a group out of them with
responisbilities and trust, making them work together, ...) so
splitting a patrol under these circumstances doesn't work in this
direction au contraire it has the opposite effect.
