As in most of the "legalese" of our movements governing rules & regs, they need
to be explained to the nominating committees, since it seems that in Northwest
Suburban Council the council level volunteers do not understand that majority o
f COR means there MUST be more CORs than members of council and/or district com
Also, thanks for reminding me of the code numbers for the two identifications fo
r district committee service, that point has always seemed very stupid to me.
But then, as a member of our council executive board, it also seems stupid that
our board approves minutes from the private exec. committee meetings, and they
approve our minutes. And our council president is a lawyer!
