OA Registration question.

Olan, I am certainly familiar with this problem. If you look at our
charter, Troop 30 probably has more ASMs than any troop around here,
but I still have trouble sometimes getting a second adult for a
campout. Many of the ASMs are away at college.
I believe that Mike indicated that BSA is trying to phase out the
college reserve position.
