Opinion on Bad Boy Scout

You decide what is best for the troop and all boys concerned. The best
move we made in exactly this situation was that the committee chairman
told the boys parents he was no longer welcome. Our troop's functionality
and morale have been remarkably better since he and a bully were run off.
They were run off after many scoutmaster conferences and a failure of the
parents to either admit there was a problem (which is where the real
problem is) or to handle it effectively.
