Mary Lee, the Woods Wisdom has a great place to start from with what
an Eagle Scout Court of Honor should have. The Council should have
a copy of an old National Eagle Scout Association pub (circa '85)
that has another dozen ceremonies. I can send you a copy of the
ones that we have used back here for about 6 years. The list server
will have some interesting information.

The one to present the baadge to the Eagle is his parents, we make Mom do it.
It also reduced the number of stuck Eagles, also reminds the Eagle how
much his parents helped.
