SO in other words you are saying that your religion says that
you can wear your ball cap or Metallica hat while in uniform during a
flag ceromony? I do not know of any religions that say that, but if
there are then I guess the rule would have to be changed somewhat. Is
there any rule in your religion against Scouts wearing Scout hats? That
would be my quick fix. When in uniform if you wish to wear a hat wear a
