Thanks for posting this. It sounds like this database could be used
as part of a background check on "employed" child care workers, but
does it also apply to volunteer workers? As COR, I have the
responsibility for checking out new adult applicants. Would
I have access to this database? Can I get on-line access or
will it operate at the usual government paperwork speed (inversely
proportional to the speed of light)?
I see GSUSA as being represented at the White House signing
cermony, with no mention of how they might be involved. Maybe
BSA was not invited - anyone know?
