Looking at the census figures posted from Canada, the UK, and the US,
it struck me that in all three cases the number of boys involved in
the program had dropped, but the number of adults had increased.
Is this a statistical anomaly, or what might it mean in terms of the
program (ie are the programs geared more to retaining adults, or are
there just more parents involved that have only one son in the troop,
or is this just some short-term correction that is meaningless)?
What do people think?
