Delivering the Promise

"Are you delivering the promise?" was a major topic of discussion at our
roundtable last night. I was a bit concerned about the "statistics" and
wondered aloud whether we couldn't prove either side of the question
depending on the questions we asked and the anaylsis we used. Seems to
me that the generalization of the statistics is questionable at best. I
would be interested in looking at the raw data and drawing some of my own
conclusions. Does anyone know how we might get the real stuff?
BTW, our district commissioner is a Professor in the Statistics department
and also had some concerns.

presentation. We were limited to 45 minutes but got some good discussion
