At our last pack meeting, we planned to do this stunt. It just so happened
that our DE was attending to present our Charter. When he heard our plans,
he very rapidly and forcefully informed us that this was not a ceremony,
but was instead harassment. Therefore, not allowed under YPP guidelines.
I would rethink if I were you, or perhaps your area is more lenient.
