I should point out here, that we lose that many and more every year
at *every* level in the program, and mostly recruit as many to replace the

very problem is prompting National to re-organize the program. Their re-
organized version will likely incorporate provisions which are similar to

Concerning the content of your post, as it regards our movement, I'll remind
you of the third, fourth, fifth, and eighth points of the Scout Law, and
point out that your frustration is hardly Jim's fault. And Scouting, as a
movement, is about caring for *everybody*.
