I am a leader just like you, and really do not appreciate the MS in front of my
name. We are all equal, and that is one of the reasons we wear our uniforms.

---of course you are, and many others too. However, national's OFFICIAL
training course has been OUT OF PRINT for years and thus any course that is
currently being used is seriously old, and not even backed by national.
With enough hue and cry from the volunteers, national has seen fit to reinstate
the Train the Trainer course, and that means the new course is what I was
Those of us in the movement who understand the seriousness of quality training
have never ceased to offer a TTT course, but my point, which has been discussed
over and over here, is that national did not back it, nor print it. Now, the
news is is that national has heard the volunteer trainers, and is producing the
course again, available after the 1st of the year.
Then, all the old courses can be brought up to date and up to speed with the aim
of educating our trainers to present the BSA program with quality.
