How about cinnamon/raisin bread by adding cinnamon, a little sugar, and
Add canned pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices and make pumpkin bread. (Check a
real recipe for ideas on how much. If you cook it in in a round shape,
you could make some thick glaze (powdered sugar with water mixed until
thick, and draw on the cooked bread (mix sugar and water in a plastic bag,
cut off corner to squeeze on bread) a jack-o-lantern face (fits with October).
Make a coffee cake by adding sugar and a little more milk to the dough, and
cooking in a dutch oven with pie filling on the bottom. (I'm not sure
this is bread, but it might be tasty! :-)
Good Luck, and let us know about the favorites!
