How well I recall this frustration. As I replyed privately, I think
a great ticket item (or special project for a powwow book) might be the
collection of all of the requirements into one book. Currently the req.
do change book-to-book, sport-to-sport; and the leadrs book is more like
a poster than a really informative book (with reqirements). The best
one or two page discussion is in the back (I think) of CUB SCOUT AND
WEBELOS PROGRAM HELPS.
Good luck to all who try to impliment this program.
