No that was another gentleman. If memory serves me right, his name
was Boyce, and he was one of the first officers of the BSA. I don't
recall when GBB started being involved in the BSA, but I do know he
did start out with the Danish scouting movement (at least I'm fairly
sure that's what I heard). He was the author of quite a few of the
Scout Handbooks (but not the most recent one, I don't believe) and
also did regular features in Boy's Life (magazine for American scouts
and other youth). He was a very interesting story teller, especially
when talking about Baden-Powell. Hope that clears up some confusion.
