--Checked with the region prior to posting and they said it continues to be a
valid registration, so does my council, and three others I have checked. So is

As usual, you are logical and correct, but in our council the 91 registration is
NOT A PART of the district committee roster, just the council, as it was meant
to be --- so it affects no one's goals, etc. However, Joe Blow, age 93, in a
nursing home, who is still alert and does not want to stop his tenure, can
continue to be registered. He appears at funcation, events, meetings, from
time to time --- but we do not have the right to deny him his registration, NOR
tie up my district committee with inactive people.
