Well Sue, a cousin of mine was the Scoutmaster of a troop in Houston when
his son became an Eagle and they arranged one of the most memorable ECOHs
I've ever heard of. They took the troop to Africa! Josh's Eagle Charge was
read while he was standing next to the grave of Lord Baden-Powell in Kenya.
It was not exactly your average group of boys (or parents).
