Mike, can you give a PUBLISHED reference for the above statement. Previous
discussion suggested that if you joined a unit that was QU then you could wear
the patch. Now you are saying that if you weren't on the previous charter you
don't wear it??
But, I have an idea--stolen from several DEs. We'll just turn in all units
for QU and then everyone can wear the patch. And, we'll present them all
at our district dinner so every unit will get something and want to come!!
Seriously, I think national's lack of published information in this area is
a problem that they need to correct!!
