As a scoutmaster with atroop that wanted to swim, we managed our expectations.
We got three BSA Lifegaurds the first year, 4 BSA Lifegaurds + 2 RC Lifegaurd
+ 1 NCS Aquatics Director the second year, 2 BSA Lifegaurds + 3 RC LG +
WSI the third year, this last year there are an additional 4 BSA Lifeguards
. We only go swimming twice a year, canoeing once. However, the guys are
working at summer camp jobs (~$1000) and have city pool jobs (~$2500) this
year. All I had asked at a Patrol Leaders Council was if anyone was interested
in going swimming.
