While there is the other end of the spectrum. We have lots of parents that
tell their kids the minute they join scouts, no drivers licence until you
get your Eagle or you are over 18 and move out! I do not like this
approach because the youth is going through the motions so he can get his
drivers license and not because he really beleives or enjoys what he is
doing. But many parents do this.
