Just a question. What was with the amount of vehicles (most
looked like they were personal) on the roads at the Jambo. My problem
is not that they were there but, that there were so many allowed and that
they had "control" of the road. Don't pedestrians have right of way?
Many anouncments were made on the radio and in the paper. Did not the scouts
pay as much or more for the roads? There weren't manyt trails to walk
on other than the paved road ways. BTW, I also saw two, gold shoulder loop
wearing, members of national riding in the back of a military pick-up.
