John, surely you could have found an easier way to remind us that are staying
home that you will soon be off having fun! Position two is indeed two inches
below the shoulder seam, but tradition seems to suggest that the flag needs
its own space so most regional patches end up a half inch or so below the
flag. I haven't seen anyone use a ruler at a jamboree yet. If it isn't
obviously wrong no one cares!
Only a few of us can see backward knots from a distance! For anyone wondering
there is no specific order for knots but there is a left and right side. If
you look carefully, the loop goes in front on one side. That side goes to the
wearer's right. And, you only one of any particular knot. If you earn it in
a different position, you wear a program minature on the knot!
Seriously, all of you have a great time at the Jamboree--and remember some of
us have to stay home and work. We'll be interested in what happens!
