In the Greater Cleveland Council and our own, there is no individual Summer
Camp registration form. The two councils expect a list of campers, but there
is no registration form to be signed by parents, nor is there any permission
form for parents to complete regarding shooting sports participation. The
Scoutmaster in our troop had the parents complete a permission form and a
form regarding emergency medical treatment preferences and permissions in the
event they, or a designate is not available.
