Carol, I'm sure Kathie will jump in if I'm wrong on this, but the last I
heard from National Supply (Boy Scout Supply Division) if you have ANYTHING
that doesn't perform up to your expectations, for any reason, that was
purchased from National Supply, they will replace it for FREE.
That means the guys who had OA sashes that didn't survive the washing
machine, Scout pants that tore out, Blouses that "shrunk", anything that
didn't live up to your idea of what it should have...
I sent back a Scout hat that came apart when washed, as well as one of the
older (applique') OA sashes that did the same, and both were replaced
You might want to check into this for the pants you're not happy with rather
than assume they are not returnable. You DO need to send them direct to
National Supply, but if they'll replace them, it's worth it.
