Our program has trained as far back as I have researched (into the early 1900's

to help one boy and hurting the whole unit is NOT what we are about, nor should

every year of boys who just do not belong, for various reasons, some of them
are drug use, gangs, etc.
So, for the past 20+ years that I have been training on all levels up to and
including national events, we state pretty clearly: "We are asked to offer the
opportunity to any boy, but we are not obligated to keep him at the harm of
