As with the other contributors to this thread, I don't know much about
universal [national] policy with the BSA concerning Youth Protection Training,
but here in Central Ohio Council your Cub unit can't have free advancement
until all of the leaders with "boy contact" have received the training.
It's available a couple of times a month during the school year, and it was
one of the most popular classes at Powwow last February.
