The Quality Unit Award is a BSA award given annually to units who meet a list of
criteria, all aimed at improving the unit program and functioning. Among the
requirements for a troop, the Scoutmaster and Asst. Scoutmaster MUST be basic
trained; and the troop MUST attend summer camp at a BSA camp.
