FWIW, My wife was involved with Cub scouts at the same time I was
Scoutmaster, and we both got the _Scouting_ magazine. However, she got
the Cub Scout insert, and I got the Boy Scout one.
BTW, these "program helps" appear to be the same ones that are
provided in "Wood's Wisdom" (which has all of them). I heartily
recommend you get WW if you don't have it already.
