Adrian and Kathie both answered this question so I will mercifully skip the
line and verse....however, there is ONE point that I wanted to bring out here.
During the Jamboree, ANY personal Awards (and the World Conservation Award
IS a personal award) MAY be worn in the appropriate (I am learning how to
spell that particular word correctly...) place upon the field uniforms.
This goes the same for ANY ONE PIECE (as Kathie correctly stated, the
"Hanger" is ONE patch, and not a way to get around wearing two on the right
pocket center) of insignia that a Scout (or Scouter) wishes to wear at
ANY TIME. This is the right of the Scout or Scouter concerned, and as long
as it does NOT exceed the dimensions of the right pocket, it may be worn.
